GET ADVICE FROM FRIENDLY LAWYERS MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AS TO THE OPERATION OF THE SERVICES OR THE CONTENT ACCESSED THROUGH OR VIA THE SERVICES, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ACCURACY.

4. Limitation of Liability

UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL GET ADVICE FROM FRIENDLY LAWYERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN ANY WAY RELATED TO THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICES, EVEN IF GET ADVICE FROM FRIENDLY LAWYERS HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

5. Indemnity

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold Get Advice From Friendly Lawyers and its officers, directors, employees, licensors, and agents harmless from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and/or expenses (including attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to your use or misuse of the Services or illegal activities conducted through the Services.

6. Termination

Get Advice From Friendly Lawyers may immediately terminate your access to the Services in its sole discretion for any reason or no reason.

7. Governing Law

These TOS and your use of the Services will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.
